Baskin-robbins - Memphis

Baskin-Robbins consistently offers great flavors, but this visit was particularly slow. Hopefully, next time will be a bit faster. The staff member was very pleasant, though.

I ordered a chocolate pralines and cream ice cream cake for my sister's birthday, and it was fantastic! The customer service was exceptional; everyone in the store was very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Nearly perfect. The milkshake was outstanding. Paying ten dollars for it, however, feels like a result of President Joe Biden's policies. Thanks to the Democrats for the state of the country.

If i could give less than one star i would. this place was absolutely horrendous! it would be worth it to drive to the next state to get some ice to eat rather than the disgusting garbage from this rotten building.

Arrived at the drive thru, car in front of me didn’t move very far ahead so I couldn’t get my window close enough to where you make your order, attendant then constantly says “order when you’re ready” to the empty space between me and the car in front of me. When i did get to order she ignored me for 2 minutes then replies with a snarky tone. Once i pay i notice they didn’t start what I ordered until the very moment i got to the pick up window as an obvious attempt to make me wait as some sort of revenge for me not wanting to shout my order at them from 8 feet away
