Church's Texas Chicken - Memphis

The manager worked the drive through window and she was very nice. Fried Jalapeños cheese bites and French fries sides were cold. So, the fry cook likes to cut corners and serve food that sits waiting but I'll still be back within a few weeks. I would be back in a few days but the cook cheats a little.

They purposely make you wait a long time in the drive through in hopes that you leave because they a very lazy!!! I waited an hour in the drive through when in was only three cars in front of me the only reason I didn’t leave is because there were cars behind me!!! I wish they would just shut this location down they are just sorry!!!

The worst location I have been to! Waited over 20 minutes for some hard ans over cooked chicken! Charged me an extra .60 so a large drink that I did not request! Don't waste your time with this location!

This location has become terrible, I've frequented this location for years and it just gets worse with each visit. Customer service is horrible and wait times are ridiculous especially to only be serving drive thru. Just left there and the cashier's attitude was very rude and unprofessional. I won't be returning no time soon if ever again. Don't waste your time with them go somewhere else where they focus on great customer service,shorter wait times, and appreciate you patronizing their establishment.

My husband stops at the Churches Chicken in Fraisure Tn. I was upset tonight however, he ordered from the drive thru and he ordered a mixedmeal, ive never had a problem with them untilthis evening! They forgot my biscuits and the gravy was so lumpy it looked horrible. This time was awful.
