Mcdonald's - Memphis

This McDonald’s had a nice trip with good hours. I'll say the line was a little long when I left, but it wasn't as bad as 5 minutes. otherwise the service was fast and it is mcdonalds so I don't think I need to describe anything else about it.

I previously left a 2 star last month or so, but credit needs to be given for major improvement. I went through the drive through around 6 on October 19. The workers were polite and fast. But whoever made the tea needs a promotion. That had to be the best tea I’ve had in a long while including homemade and restaurant. Good improvements!

Great customer service! McDonald's needs to fix their Equipment! Not only were none of the speakers working, his speakers were game, but the app was also not not working at the register when I try to use my Rewards. I then stopped up the line for 20 minutes until they fixed it over a $2 10 piece chicken nugget. I felt terrible making all the Customers weight in line. The staff was great and handled it amazingly!

Usually I like this McDonald’s. Today my fries were good but my Chicken deluxe sandwich was stale and old. I asked for extra mayo and they barely put any. I’m not so concerned about the attitudes from the employees that’s just to be expected but damn, why are y’all serving old chicken Patties to customers?

It seems in our area most of the workers either do not want to work period or do not want to make the frappes. And all they want to tell us is they don't have any frappes. However for the first time I ever remember they said their ice cream machine WAS working. It never works, but today it was. There been times we have gone to 4 different locations trying to get a frappe but none of them want to go through the hassle of making it. I understand it's hard finding people to work but this is just pure laziness.
