Very good service, very good dishes and very good wine, in brief, very good restaurant. a pleasant address that highlights Corsican products and respects its promises. the card has Corsican flavors, tomme, chestnut, clementine. for once (this is not the case everywhere), the trip is on appointment and is really part of the meal.

We just eat at the Corsican workshop. tips: you have to book in advance to have a table. excellent meals, little waiting, and the staff is of a rare amplitude. Thank you very much for this beautiful evening.
