Downtown Sandwich Ice Cream - Menominee

I love this shop but for some reason they forgot the cheese on my sub last time I ate here and then again today. Please try to pay attention to this matter.

When you buy a sub sandwich check to see whats on it as if there are tomatoes they are few and small an you can see through them very little lettuce etc. etc. talked to owner he said thats the way we do it????

Everybody around here loves the food including me. Today I was so upset with the disregard the kids that work there have for the customers. I had to call 5 times before one of them even answered the phone this all started at 4pm. When I did get thru I ordered 2 Family size subs and asked for the total only to be put on hold and no one came back to tell me so I hung up and called back like 6 more times before someone picked up again I was already on my way there. As I sat there there were 3 customers 1 being a family of 5 and they all got there food but yet my order has not been brought out. After sitting there a half hour the girl came and told me they were out of roast beef this was 5pm after all that I took my money back and went to jimmy johns it took 5 minutes to get 6 subs. The own should tell that girl if its required to have a mask on in there that it is not ok for her to go to the back and take it off while she is preparing other peoples food, and when the phone rings they should answer it as I watched them making phone and not answer the phone. This place would probably make way more money if they would always have an adult on side to teach these kids how to care for the customers.

Nice spot for ice cream and sandwiches. Friendly team members who seem to enjoy being there.
