Avaliação da contribuiçãoI really enjoy this place, but for some reason, they forgot to put cheese on my sub during my last visit, and it happened again today. I would appreciate it if they could pay more attention to this issue.
When you order a sub sandwich, make sure to check the ingredients. If there are tomatoes, they tend to be few in number and quite small, almost see-through. There’s barely any lettuce and so on. I spoke with the owner, and he said that’s just how they prepare their sandwiches.
Once I arrived, I noticed three customers, including a family of five, who all received their food while I was still waiting for my order. After sitting there for half an hour, a staff member finally informed me that they were out of roast beef. By this time, it was already 5 PM. Frustrated, I took my money back and decided to go to Jimmy John’s, where I received six subs in just five minutes. The owner should make it clear to the staff that if wearing a mask is required in the establishment, it should not come off in the back while they are preparing food for customers. Additionally, I watched them ignore the phone while making other calls, which is unacceptable. This place could likely do much better financially if there was always an adult on site to guide these young employees on how to treat customers properly.

This restaurant is listed as being handicap accessible. It is not. They do not have a handicap accessible door, in fact they have 2 doors that are pull open only, no automatic handicap door entrance. Also the bathroom is not handicap accessible. And it lists its parking lot as handicap accessible, but it doesn't actually have a parking lot. Street parking only.
