Saigon Pho N Sandwich - Merced

According to Google Maps, this is one of the worst rated restaurants in Merced and hasn't received a single positive review in a year. The business seems to be struggling in many ways, including high pricing, lack of quality and quantity for the price, lack of organization and communication, lack of timeliness and lack of customer service skills. Hopefully this restaurant is able to take constructive criticism from customers and turn things around. It is always unfortunate for local businesses to struggle but it seems this desire to change needs to happen within the operator of this establishment first.

The food was had no good flavor, it was plain and small portions, no condiments added and paid 1 dollar for half a pump of sriracha. It is overpriced and not worth it. The service was rude and took long
