1889 Pizza Napoletana

Good service. Decent Neapolitan style pizza. I had the Butcher. The toppings were great (especially the Italian sausage), but the crust and especially the sauce were a little bland. I like a good San Marzano sauce, but this particular sauce just was sorta forgettable. Otherwise, a good atmosphere, good experience, and solid Neapolitan pizza.

We were looking forward to a nice wood fired pizza. Checked the times and drive time to ensure arrival well in advance of closing. I hate showing up with less than an hour before closing. Go to door and restaurant was already closed. Reverfied closing time and they were closed more than 1.5 hours early.
