Blue Sky Bagels - Meridian

Having lived in the North East for 30 years, you savor a good bagel. Now that we live in Boise, we can get GREAT bagels at Blue Sky.

Great little spot. Wide selection, friendly staff, and all the flavored cream cheeses are light!

We love this place. They are always so friendly and get our order put through quickly. High quality and good tasting food. We appreciate that they serve breakfast sandwiches all day. A family favorite!

Blue Sky bagels are the closest to NYC style bagels; I lived on Long Island, NY and bagels with cream cheese and lox were a Sunday morning staple. I won't eat or purchase bagels any place else in Boise. Trust me when I say these are the BEST!!

I?m not sure what?s going on this location lately but they?re not only incredibly slow, but the bagels are no where near what they used to be. The schmear was so skimpy and my bagel was SO dry. Really depressing as this used to be THE place for bagels.Gave it a couple tries to see if it was just an off chance, but it?s not.
