Great food, not a long wait time, very friendly environment and waiters. Anna our waitress was so polite and amazing. Still very much love it. Great time
I usually love this place, but tonight was a disappointment. My husband ordered a sushi roll with fried shrimp, and after tasting one piece, he said it had a plastic flavor. When we brought it up to the manager, they refused to give us a refund. It's certainly not the best way to treat a loyal customer.
I had a terrible experience at the Hibachi lunch. The host took down the wrong order, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the cook to arrive. I spoke with the manager, but he was unhelpful. Overall, I would rate this restaurant a -10. Don't waste your money or time trying to go. Additionally, the vegetables on my plate were incorrect, which is what I meant by the hostess writing the wrong order.
We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our party of seven made a reservation in advance, but we were seated 30 minutes late. The chef seemed rushed and bothered by our presence, which was quite disappointing. This was the first hibachi experience for several people in our group, and I had high hopes based on positive reviews I had read. While the food was acceptable, I wouldn't recommend this place if you’re looking for an enjoyable hibachi experience.
