Bagel Boss - Merrick

The bagel was delicious. If you're not specifically looking for kosher food, Kosher-Spot might not be the right choice for you. However, it has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I had an incredibly delicious muffin, and the bagels were fresh as well. However, the highlight of our visit was our server, Kenny. He was not only funny but also incredibly welcoming from the moment he started serving us. Our experience was fantastic, all thanks to Kenny!

The restaurant felt quite disorganized, and I wasn't sure where to place my order. I had an egg and cheese bagel, while my friend ordered an egg sandwich with meat. Both dishes were flavorful. However, my friend ended up with a type of bacon he didn't ask for. On the bright side, the staff was friendly.

This morning there was an order for a BEC on a whole bagel. The guy was rude. Whatever. I wanted to pick up my order that was ready and under my name. A few hours later, I got a bad call I never picked up my order. I explained that I actually picked up and paid money for my order that was ready, right and under my name. This guy was shameful that my order sat there and argued with me about what I ordered and went on to hang on me. I'll never drop my money here again.

Very disappointed to give a 2 star rating to such a usually good bagel shop that I've been going weekly for quite a few years however it's obvious their standards have dropped or become more noticeable. FLIES ON THE BAGELS, FLIES EVERYWHERE AND USING SAME GLOVES TO SERVE BAGELS AND HANDLE MONEY/REGISTER ?????
