Annabelle's Fine Dining at Arizona Golf Resort

I have made a reservation that was not needed because there were only 2 other tables at the whole place. we were standing for over 5 minutes at check-in with several employees who looked at us but don't help us. we finally went to someone and asked them to help us. She just pointed out and said they were going somewhere over there. we had to ask for menu. the waitress made my order wrong because she didn't write anything.

sent for east brunch. they seemed very overwhelmed! the staff was courteous and friendly, but terrible inefficient and disorganized. I felt really sorry for the staff, they seemed like the management had not prepared them and they seemed thrown into a situation over their heads. I'm sure it's difficult to work the people at the biggest celebration of the year. eating was acceptable, but not remarkable, as the decree requires.

my daughter and I ate here on a Saturday night before a concert. When we arrived first, there was no hostess to sit down, which was a bit disturbing for a fine dining place. we had to sit down in a round. the menu was good and varied and the food served was delicious. dessert was also good. we would definitely go back there, but they must rent a host
