Baci Italian Bistro - Mesa

We went to celebrate our anniversary and both left so disappointed with the food and experience. Service was underwhelming, not very friendly and SO slow, made us feel like an inconvenience. Food was mediocre at best; even the bread sucked. Spaghetti carbonara was way over salted, we couldn't even eat it. Overall a total disappointment. Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone.

Chicken was overcooked and tough and dry. The sauce was very bland has gone from great to very bad since original ownership. Used to be a long Waite to get a table. Now they get you right in. I've been to this restaurant several times and since they are under new ownership as of a few months ago the food got even better. The tortellini I had last time was yummy!
