Use app to order... it 's in cyberspace instead of coming to store for print out because mgt doesn 't make correction. Narda still needs training, especially when it comes to reading the space listing any requests or instructions, and the it is what it is attitude is probably one of the biggest reasons customer base has dropped off.
I ordered my sub online and went to go pick it up. The lady had just finished my order when I walked in. She handed me my drink cup and reminded me to grab a bag a chips. I got back to work and the sub was a joke. I ordered several items on the sub and although all the items I ordered showed up on the sub the quantity was severely lacking. I counted and in my footlong I got 2 banana peppers, 3 jalapenos and the smallest springling of lettuce I have ever seen. The entire sub was less than an inch tall bread included. If I am going to pay $12.64 for a sub the least you can do is add some veggies on it. This is not the first time I have had this issue. When I order online the sub is always lacking. But when I order in person it seems to be done correctly. At the end of the day I was not happy with my sub and still hungry after I had finished it. I would like a refund for the sub. The drink chips and cookies all met my expectation but the sub did not. I then contacted customer support, via the website, about the issue and was sent a response that our team is trained to make sandwiches in a particular way and we will not be refunding you or even apologizing. I have attached photos of the sub.
I made an online order of two sandwiches both customized. The sandwich artist working that night (tonight) made the sandwhiches with the opposite customizations. She knew she made the mistake when I came in to pick up the order but chose not to fix it before sending me off with it. My boyfriend and I didn't realize till we took our first bites. He can't have some of the things on my sandwich. I'm pregnant and am weary about certain things on his sandwich like mayo. I called as soon as we realized, the lady said she remembers the order and that she remembers doing that (switching the customized parts) and that she was sorry, but that there was nothing she could do. We checked the receipt and the receipt was correct. She made a mistake and instead of remaking the order she sent it out hoping it would go unnoticed and offered no solution. Hopefully we can get a solution when I call to speak to a manager tomorrow.
I went there on September 3rd around 1:30pm to get a sub for me and my husband and when I asked for extra veggies on my husbands sub the lady basically refused to give me extra (even though I said we had no problem paying extra) and even though she barely put anything on there in the first place. So if you want a sub with more bread the actual meat and veggies then this is the perfect location for you!! I will definitely be driving to a farther subway next time so I can actually get FOOD back in excfor my money. #worstserviceEVER
I have been going to this subway for years as it is right across the street from my home! But I will never go to this subway again in fear that the staff that worked around 1pm 1:30ish Sunday Sept 3rdIs working because this young lady in particular refuses to put extra veggies on a sub even after telling her I will pay extra for extra veggies, her exact response was ‘I already put a lot’ (after barely putting a single serving) now that I am sitting here still hungry after eating a footlong I will from now on be traveling an extra mile to a further subway to get a better sub!!Here is another subway down the street2200 North Arizona AvenueSuite 7Chandler, AZ 85225
