Snuffers - Mesquite

While our server was a friendly young woman who genuinely tried to assist us and mentioned that she had informed the manager about our issues, the manager herself—a woman appearing to be in her early thirties—was spotted at the far end of the room. She looked our way but made no effort to approach us or check on our situation, remaining about 20 feet away. Given our experience, none of us will be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant is my favorite spot to feel good. The service is consistently excellent, especially when the bartender (I don't know his name) is on duty. He remembers our drink order and has it ready at our table as soon as we walk in. He is always friendly and courteous. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! Food: 5/5

This restaurant was amazing! You wouldn't expect it since it was the only place with available tables on a Sunday at 1 PM, while everywhere else had an hour-long wait. The food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is bright, and the service has always been top-notch. They also serve some of the best fried pickles I've ever had. Overall, I give the food a perfect 5/5!

Food was good...actually had a hard time eating my burger....lol. Everything was falling out. Not a fan of the poppy seed rolls...just don't smile after you eat your burger..haha!Fries yummy! Server was fabulous!!Food: 4/5

We had a party of 9 and they had us waiting over an hour for them to fix seating for all of us. And by an hour and a half still nothing g so we all walked out. Even while sitting at the bar waiting the bar girl never came to us and asked us if we needed or wanted a drink. Not a place that's concern about its customers if there are willing to let ys walk out.
