Steven V is an exceptional member of the Domino's team and truly represents the company well! He’s a talented cook, very respectful, and excels at his job. Today, he handled everything on his own and prepared my seven items in a timely manner. He is the best! Thank you, Domino's, for having him on your team!
I recently had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. They claim to serve the Methuen area, but when I tried to place an order just 1.1 miles away, the manager refused to deliver. I even offered to pay extra to ensure a timely delivery, but he said that Sundays are too "busy" in Lawrence for him to make the trip. This is a terrible display of customer service, especially since it was for my child's 5-year-old birthday party. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again! It's no surprise they have such a low rating of 2.9 stars. I have friends who own Domino's franchises in New Hampshire, and I will be sharing this experience with them. It's just pathetic that the driver couldn't make a simple one-mile delivery.
I placed an order and called an hour later, only to be told that no order had been made due to their mistake with the address. I decided to cancel that order and place another one online for pickup. Then, the so-called general manager called me and insisted that I needed to prepay; otherwise, he would cancel the order, which he ultimately did. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a general manager and the service overall. I won't be ordering from there again!
My experience was terrible. They delivered the wrong order and assured me that they would send the correct one within 20 minutes. However, after waiting 40 minutes and calling again, I found out they had completely forgotten about it. They promised me a refund and the correct food, but I never received either.
