When the sushi finally came out after an hour of waiting, the sushi rice was falling apart, and even though I ordered six rolls of the same salmon, each one looked different. Moreover, the grip is dirty. All the other customers seemed to be waiting for their orders to come. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, it seemed like they had started making togo orders, so I got impatient, canceled the order, and went home. People who want to relax may not be concerned about this, but even though they're hungry, no matter how long they wait, the food never comes, and the quality of the sushi that comes out is out of the question.
By far the best sushi in Orange County, best authentic Japanese food, best sushi and above all best prices.
This is a small sushi restaurant we almost passed up looking for a bigger venue. We are glad we stopped in. The food was delicious (we loved the house salad, even my kids that don't veggies). The place is run by a husband and wife team so be patient with them, the service is personable but a tad slow. They were really nice and I could tell they had regulars. The sushi was fresh and very affordable. My family of four ate and the entire bill including the tip was less than $95. Usually, it will cost us more than $125 per meal at most sushi places for my family. Highly recommended.
Consistent and delicious. Family run with one sushi chef, so if there's something you like, order it again the next time and it will be just as good (if not better). This is our go-to.
Absolutely awful shrimp and veggie tempura. Chicken teriyaki was awful- bland probably boiled or mircowaved. Sushi roll was gross- had yellowtail. Scallop sushi was gross. I was extremely disappointed with the entire meal. Even their house salad has a weird mayo based dressing. The server was sweet and attentive, but I would never return. $60 wasted
