It was through TV07 that I discovered this restaurant and the chef but what a discovery! the setting is pleasant, the reception is warm, the service is impeccable and the advice is wise. the kitchen is refined with excellent and regional products. flavors that swept my taste buds. warmly the next meal at home

We made a half-board stay at the Hôtel du Levant Restaurant Claude Brioude from 11 to 16 July 2016. It was an extraordinary experience that we kept a wonderful memory. The calm, tranquility of the place located in the heart of the mountains, not to mention the kindness and attention of the Brioude family have totally conquered us. What about the kitchen? Excellent local products, a huge creativity, refinement and generous dishes make Claude Brioude restaurant, an exceptional place!
