Pleasant Service, Comfy Beds, Few HiccupsMy stay at The Kent Hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Also, the daily front desk managers deserve a shoutout for their flexibility with luggage and room relocation. But, there were some hitches.Firstly, the cleaning staff, efficient as they are, were notably loud, conversing in a foreign language early at 9am. Secondly, a concerning episode with the night lady who recommended a taxi which seemed dubious, and we ended up being charged three times the usual rate. Similar concerns have been raised by other guests as well. I sincerely hope the hotel takes these feedback points onboard for the benefit of future visitors.Nevertheless and I think we all presumably favor The Kent for this, but it’s an extremely well located hotel in the middle of Miami Beach, serenaded by restaurants and right next to the beach access.

The Kent hôtel is a nice place, on Collins avenue and well located near ocean drive and the beach ! We really recomand this place! And their employees are top!! Thanks to Them!!!!!

This place is so great. Alex, at the front desk, is absolutely amazing. He patiently answered all of my questions and was so nice to my kids. If you like great service, easy access to the the beach, food, and drinks then this is the place to be! I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit Miami!

We enjoyed so much our 10 day stay at the Kent Hotel for many reasons. First, we want to say BIG thank you to Alejandra and Angel at Front desk. They are amazing, so helpful for all of our questions to make our vacation easier. Very friendly, so welcoming people, we felt like we are at home. Everyone is so great and hardworking. Angel was helping us a lot on everything finding from the best deals on tours and car rentals to give best recommendations on things to do with kids. Not only at entertainment, he was extremely helpful to us during check in and out. Customer Service is amazing at this hotel. Location is very convenient to beach, stores and restaurants. One of the best restaurants in South Beach “ Rakija Lounge” is at the hotel. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Kent Hotel!!

We loved staying here and will definitely return. It was immaculate and comfortable. It was right in the center yet, we were able to walk everywhere. We were very glad we did and plan to return and explore this vibrant city. This hotel is one reason for our positive impressions. thank you!
