Avaliação da contribuiçãoI tested the service many times a little slow food was hot inside fairly clean but the outside need cleaning up the drive thru has trash all in it really looks bad trash outside by the door as well really not acceptable lets keep it clean in our community I visit 100s of fast food restaurants this really needs improvement before it starts to look run down
I ordered only one item and they couldn't get that right, and they will not answer the phone, go right to voice mail each time I try to call them. I couldn't take it back b cuz I was riding with someone and when I got home it was too late to take it back. The food was cold, and I told them no pickles and to cut in half. Very sad and I will not recommend that Burger King to no one.
I stopped in to this location tonight to participate in the T-mobile Tuesday promotion which was a free whopper with a $1 purchase. I attempted to place my order via the app as instructed but it wasn?t working. Since I so close to the location, I just stopped trying and ordered in the drive thru. Thankfully when I pulled up no one was there and I was able to pull right up and order. I ordered my whopper and a Fanta cherry freeze drink to satisfy the $1 requirement. When I got to the drive thru window, I provided the gentleman at the window with the code. He says to the manager (I suppose), oh she has the T-mobile special. The next thing I hear is, from the manager by the way, you gotta tell us that in the back. It?s $1.07. What would have been better is, the total is $1.07 now. Next time could you please tell us that when you order? But no, nothing courteous like that; not to mention her tone. Me, being the person that I am when approached with no home training, I did not reply and proceeded to gather my method of payment. What she followed up with is what shocked me. She then says, you heard me? I again did not reply and simply provided my card and grabbed my food because my dear #1 I am not your child and #2 that is not how you speak to customers. I should have stuck with my first thought and gone to the Burger King on Pines Blvd where they know how to speak to people. Burger King should be very careful about who they give the title ?manager? to or whatever her title is. Workers should not reflect the location and one shouldn?t have to expect such treatment because of the location either. Proper customer service should be given regardless of the location and the surroundings.
It's a new location in Miami Gardens. It's ok!! I haven't had a major issue. Only thing is they need more employees. I always have to pull around front to wait for my oder.
They think they are smart! This store takes so long with food they make u mark out front for timer. That why Corp don?t see that they take for ever!!!! This is crazy!!!! I waited 20 min for food smh. They need a new store manager or managers I can?t believe this happens to ppl trying to get food I would never come back here again.
