The food and drinks were incredible, and the service was excellent. This is the best Jamaican restaurant in Kendall. Service: Dine-in Meal Type: Lunch Price per Person: $30–50

Additionally, the pricing seems inconsistent; it changes from one day to the next. I even recall them slipping a diet soda into my bag when we ordered a different soda, which I didn’t notice until I got home. Today confirmed my decision to leave for good since it is clear they are aware of their issues. I've given them numerous chances and, while the food tastes good, I suggest checking your order and receipt before leaving. There seems to be a lack of empathy for customers. Moreover, we were asked to sign a receipt, but the price on the receipt we received was different from what was quoted. I don't want to accuse anyone of theft, but it certainly felt suspicious, and I didn’t want to make a scene, as they might twist it around on us. My conclusion is to steer clear and stop giving them my money. I wonder if this is a common issue, perhaps since Covid, but I’ve seen many positive reviews. While the food is good, the service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back because I dislike feeling like my food and hard-earned money are being disrespected. It's a shame, as I may now need to travel outside my local area to find better Caribbean options, or I might just start cooking at home since the service continues to decline.
