Checkers - Miami

Staff is very uncustomer friendly...took 30 minutes for an walk up order and the food was cold and terrible..they need new staff quickly...won't be back until they do..ijs

That was the worst experience i ever had in my life Im glad i didn't go thru the drive in. I walked up to the window and they took my order and i told them i wanted a two for four spicy chicken sandwiches and when they gave them to me it was cold. I didn't like that i wanted my money back but i was sooooooo mad i just left i will never go there agaon

This is honestly the worst checkers I have been to. I waited over 30 minutes for my food (3 burgers a fry) when I did receive it, my order was completely wrong. I was charged the wrong amount after asking for my food to be fresh/well done it was cold. I had extra topping I did not ask for and overall I am highly upset. I can understand if a mistake happens once, but I have a problem EVERY TIME I come to this checkers. I could also understand if there are a lot of orders but I was the only car in line at the time, I do not understand. If possible go to a different checkers ! I do not recommendSincerely,A very upset customer

The guy that was taking the order for the walk up window was the worst; very rude and disrespectful. I walked away without placing an order.

Don't eat at this place the food sucks and the customer service is even worser
