Firehouse Subs Kendall - Miami

It was okay. that was my first time. I chose a sub with her name, provided it was a good choice. it was also recommended by the server there. I'll try again someday. my review will change. also it was empty. Maybe it was a sign.

I ordered two subs online one of them must be very specific as it was for a person with heavy allergies. we just needed white brot, speck, salat and tomaten, which we don't have. they decided to add truthahn and ham to the sub plus cheese. if the child who ordered the subordination had eaten it, he would have a heavy allergic reaction! they must serve what is ordered, not assume that it can cause severe adhesion for the company! no one can eat processed meat! and the management should take care of the problem after we called. super bad customer service!

Love their chicken Philly. Owner seemed nice and all employees as well. Love that red sauce thingy.

The customer service is terrible! I was not treated as a first responder with respect! The food tasted bad! I will never go back! In my opinion this location is horrible!

Terrible service, it's a franchisee who has no ties to the military or first responders. They actually let ANYONE become a franchisee. Firehouse has no other option as one of the worst franchises to own. The owner has his family as employees and you can tell by the service. FOOD was not like other locations
