I will say the barista was certainly pleasant and polite, but the team did not “flow”. she made my egg bites while she kept me in the payment pending so I had to wait on the counter. in the meantime my coffee came up; I said to another employee: "I will be there, wait on tap / payment approved screen". her answer was “No care about it” lol so I took my coffee and had a seat, not the opportunity to tap. she also said they only have regular cream cheese and brought me a rosin bagel when I ordered a whole bagel. all in all, a very underwhelming experience. I'm going somewhere else.
I love Starbucks especially now the pumpkin spice is back very delicious
Bright and busy. Safe place to spend some time as long as you buy a drink. Nobody rushed and I was able to charge my phone. I was not the only person there for hours and not the only one with luggage.
I’ve got very mixed feelings about this Starbucks. I’ve been coming here on and off for 5 years and I’ve seen the staff change however the manager has been there for the years that I have been coming. He is a great person, good personality and seems to be respectful to his employees. The staff sometimes is hit or miss. There is an older man (relatively new) that has a negative attitude and talks to the other employees with no patience. I came in today and ordered my normal drink, I took off the lid to my personal cup and he said “we can’t make it in your cup unless it’s clean”….I replied “it is clean” I had just washed my cup (I always do this before I come) so…you just assumed without looking that I brought a dirty cup to Starbucks ?Sometimes in the morning they are super busy but they work hard to accommodate everyone but I have seen much more friendly employees at other locations. The customer satisfaction is the reason I have chosen Starbucks for over a decade…it’s unfortunate that some employees have Dunkin attitudes.
Very friendly baristas who do their best to manage a location that gets a ton of traffic! I highly recommend you order ahead through the app by about 10 mins
