What a great restaurant! From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed and taken care of. I haven't encountered a long wait time there. Yet, it is always busy. Their food is delicious. No matter what you order it is done well. I, personally, love their lasagna. It is one of their top sellers. The waiters are also very good and attentive to detail. One of my biggest points of irritation is when water is not constantly refilled. That does not happen here. They are on their game and really care about their guests, making it an enjoyable place for lunch or dinner.

Horrible experience. I have been eating there for years but tonight was the worst experience ever. I usually don't write a review but the manager in charge on 3/19/22 at night really did not make things better. First off the service was slow, we ordered 4 branzino which came cold and not as good as usual. The bought the salad dressings when. We were almost done with the food. Even then I was not upset, since I go there a lot, I thought well things can't always be perfect. What made me upset is that the were TWO cockroaches right on the floor by our table looking at us half dead. When I called the manager he said that since we were eating outdoor, that was not their fault and even asked me if i never saw cockroaches at home. He refused to take responsibility nor provided any type of service recovery. You see this to me is unacceptable.
