Avaliação da contribuiçãoWhen you get off the train at Brighton railway station, you will see this fantastic cafe and restaurant. We visited here last year and it was just as welcoming and friendly as before. There are plenty of seats and tables, and the staff is very friendly. The lattes we had were delicious. Definitely worth a visit.
Despite some negative reviews suggesting the coffee tastes terrible, the coffee at this place is actually excellent! It is conveniently located near the main concourse of the train station. I have not tried any of the food options, but if they are as good as the coffee, they must be great! It is refreshing to see a franchise that offers high-quality products and baristas who know how to make a proper cup of coffee. To those who left negative reviews, I suggest trying "liquid steel" before commenting again. Don't let those reviews deter you, you will get a great cup of coffee here.
I agree that the coffee is terrible, tasting like liquid steel. However, the pastries are fantastic - the best I've ever had in the UK.
I've lived in Haywards heath for 10 years and never really liked the coffee shops in the town, Nero are very amateur, costa take short cuts in there service and drinks. Starbucks coffee is awful and so is the platform bases coffee bars too. Recently noticed FCB as i was picking up a friend from the station and its finally a coffee place i enjoyed. Lovely staff and great coffee, now a regular there as j go there on my work breaks i feel they are ay the higher end of the price scale but are worth it with their quality
Not much to say, I had an espresso here and it tasted like liquid steel with coffee flavour. Absolutely revolting even after I poured in 2 tablespoons of sugar which was the equal quantity of the espresso itself, it still tasted vile. In fact it was so bad that it makes even Starbuck’s coffee seem quite palatable!
