Pizza Hut - Middleburg

From the first time I 've ordered from this location, the service has been very bad. The 1st: the driver couldn 't find the house (1.5 hours come to find out they entered the wrong address after verifying it 3 times!!! 2nd: everything was great! 3rd: 10 mins after order was supposed to be here, I called, the lady told me it should be there call soon us back in 15 mins if its not, (I live 5 mins from the location 20 mins later I called spoke with a manager. Manager informed me that I cancelled my order on my previous call!!!! (2.5hours and FREE 4th: great they found the house again address was correct. 5th time, the driver couldn 't find my house and 'called ' some random number not even close to mine 5 times and couldn 't get a hold of me. Closed for the night and the pizza is in the freezer! (whatever one of the associates took it home! Credit on my 'account ' sorry about your luck. REALLY this facility is a sorry excuse for affordable/fast pizza. Papa Johns is much better! Faster and tastier, they might be more expensive but it 's well worth every dollar!!!

We tried the new pizza. I believe it's called the Big Sicilian Italian. It's supposed to be the size of two pizzas together. I didn't really like it. It reminded me more of a larger Pizza Mia and I paid $10 for it. I would have rather gotten the regular large pizza for $10. I don't like the thin crust that Pizza Hut has. The pan crust is better.

The pizza was cooked perfectly and had the light sauce I asked for.Great job Pizza Hut

Ordered pizza at 9:07 and it never showed up. The time changed 5 different times it?s been over an hour. Called them and their excuse was it?s DoorDash delivering when they get backed up.

Pizza was awesome! We were especially happy they followed our specifications for how we like our pizza. Not all pizza chains bother to read these requests, but Pizza Hut did. Perfect pizza
