Mcdonald's - Middletown

The employees there are very kind and patience. Manager Logan has a million dollar sense of humor. The place is updated/modern. However the self checkout machines are at times inoperable.

It's okay. Their food is always very fresh. I just happened to go when it was very busy. The people who work there are really fast.

The old manager was a very polite, elderly man that used to make sure everything was perfect. He ran a very tight ship. Sadly, I haven't seem him in a few months. If he has retired, I wish him the best but this McDonald's is an absolute mess ever since he left. The ice machine has been inoperable for weeks, sticky soda everywhere, rude workers; just your average, trashy Middletown fast-food spot now, nothing like it used to be. Edit: It's getting back to normal. Another old man is the manager now and seems to be doing a great job. The current staff is wonderful as well. Ice machine is still down but what are you gonna do I guess

I always love going to the 211 McDonald's because they never mess up my order even this time when I accidentally hit the only mustard button they gave my extra cheese only like I usually get maybe they recognize my name lol

Food was good, don't get me wrong, but the Double Filet O Fish was put together sloppy. Like they threw it in there and fries weren't filled all the way/missing sweet and sour sauce for the 4th time.
