Port Pizza - Middletown

Ordered a pizza a month or so back and it was pretty terrible. Thought I would never go back, but because of limited availability on a Sunday night, I give them another try. Ordered chicken tenders and fries, was relatively confident theycouldn?t make that badly. Wrong, they substituted boneless chicken wings for the chicken tenders and just completely omitted thefries. The boneless chicken wings were overcooked and actually inedible. $11 for one bite of chicken. Learned my lesson, willgladly stay away

This restaurant is extremely unprofessional. I would advise any military members visiting Newport or Middletown to stay away from this establishment. I placed an order two hours before closing, but they purposely delayed my order and ultimately cancelled it. There was no notification about the cancellation, and they refused to answer the phone when I tried to contact them. I have picked up pizza from this place before and found the staff to be quite rude. Even when I tried to order delivery to avoid dealing with their attitude, they couldn't get that right either. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want pizza, because you'll never receive it from here.

We placed an order, provided our credit card information, were informed of a one-hour wait time, waited for two hours, and when we attempted to contact them, they had already closed. They have not followed up with us regarding a refund. This is an unacceptable level of service.

Ordered for delivery an hour and a half before they close and it never arrived, looking at old reviews it looks like this happens a lot. Do not order from this restaurant.

The food at Port is consistently good. However, we had a missing portion of our online order last night. When I contacted the restaurant, I expected to be directed to call doordash for a refund. To my surprise, the staff was very polite and explained that they were out of curly fries so they substituted regular fries. They also promised to send out our missing mozzarella sticks along with an additional order of fries. We eventually received the rest of our order along with a complimentary giant cookie as an apology. Thank you for your quick and professional handling of the situation. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman I spoke to. Thank you again!
