They apologized for the wait and went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. They checked in with us multiple times to see if we needed anything else and double-checked that our order was correct. I want to express my gratitude for their courteousness and helpfulness. It's refreshing to encounter such dedicated people who genuinely care about their customers, especially during tough times. I'm truly impressed by the hard work and commitment displayed by the team. A big thank you to the two gentlemen and one lady working that day at Subway! We enjoyed our meal and left feeling completely satisfied, filled with hope that there are still people like them in the world. I look forward to more experiences like this in the future!
I placed an online order for a 12-inch meal, but they forgot to include my cookies and sweet tea—essentially, the entire meal was incomplete.
I visited Immigrant and was greeted by a blonde woman who seemed more interested in taking another customer's order than welcoming us. The other two staff members also acted disinterested, making us feel unwelcome. My teenage son ordered a turkey bacon ranch but was completely ignored; instead of taking his order, the woman turned her attention to the menu. When I asked if they still served chopped salads, the woman handling the vegetables rolled her eyes. I inquired if there was an issue because of the rudeness we experienced, and ultimately, we decided to leave and spend our money at Jersey Mike's instead.
