Avaliação da contribuiçãoVery disappointed with the customer service!! . I was placing an order with the young lady at the front counter. All of a sudden she was replaced by who I later found out was the manager to take another person’s order. Long story short, since I wasn’t ordering fast enough the Manager, Kendall had a look of annoyance on her face. Once my order was placed, she literally opened her hand and tossed the money out of it. No apology was given at all. When I called her on it, of course she rolled her eyes and stated that didn’t happen. I asked her if she was having a bad day because that is not how you treat a customer. I began to ask for my money back and that I would go somewhere else where I am treated decently. She never said one word, the original young lady started and offered me coupons and a chance to change my order. When I asked to speak with the manager, the Weight staff that originally waited on me, told me that Kendall was the manager. So I asked for the phone number to Customer Service and they only had an email address. I emailed the corporate office. Still waiting to hear back from them.Customer Service is just not what it should be.Nevertheless, I will NOT be ordering or coming back to this location!.
Food is much better now, the new pay for music format stinks! The free music is horrible and will shorten my stay.
Disappointing service! I tipped when I paid my bill, assuming service would be provided, but food was not delivered to table; had to request forks; order was incorrect, and had to be replaced; I would have amended my tip amount
Very friendly here. Food is good. Sometimes the food takes a little while if it's lunch time but the food is great. Managers and staff always helpful. Place is clean. Only complaint is the ladies room toilet need a better toilet. I think the flusher or the design is off. If you go pee and wipe and don't put the paper directly over the water the flow doesn't flush the paper and you have to wait 2-5 min for it to refill so you can flush again. Sorry if that's to much info. ? Great place to have a beer though and I love the tacos.
The amazing accuracy this place has with getting orders wrong is amazing. This is a consistent thing with this Fuzzy 's. With so much competition in the area for Tex-Mex you think they would try harder.Today 's order had the tape for double checked all tied into the bag so I couldn 't open it to check myself. I brought it home to find a simple order of 5 items was still missing one. Had to go back, no apologies or anything, and no urgency to fix the order. With nobody in the restaurant and no other orders waiting it 's hard to find any other real reason today 's order was messed up other than there is no accountability at this place at all.
