Avaliação da contribuiçãoStopped in from passing thru my husband had special 2 pizza chips and drink I had salad he was happy with his pizza I was ok with my Saladin was small and 1 dressing and cost more than my husband meal the service was great and we would go back if in town.
Tonight I ordered 2 baskets for delivery which we waited 55 minutes for. When we opened them up both sandwiches were nothing near the way I ordered them. I decided to call and spoke to a manager w quite an attitude. I was given the excuse that they have many new employees and mistakes will happen.. that's the way they learn. Yes, she offered to have them re-made and delivered but at that point we were looking at yet another hour for those to be delivered. I was charged well more than the price listed on-line. In fact It was almost double excluding the delivery fee. I understand everyone makes mistakes but to receive an attitude on top of it isn't. I've been a long time customer, but situations and a flip attitude certainly makes me rethink giving them my business in the future.
My son and I had ordered a ham and cheese sub , chicken fingers, fry's and a slice of pizza for delvery we waited over 1 hour no show by driver. so we called talked to some woman on phone. She told us half our order was still there. She also told us she can't get ahold of the driver. Then she proceeded to tell us they would remake the food and send it out. when someone finally delivered it the fried food was cold. fry's were limpy and sandwich was soggy,warm and lettuce was proof it sat in the heat. The whole order was inedible. There was no pride or professionalism in the whole ordeal. Come on guys take some pride in your job and send out decent food. Needless it got throwerd away. why say your going to remake the order when all your going to do is serve someone food that's cold, soggy and inedible.

No fault of the employees at all. Pricing is incorrect online and on their menus. My price went from a Special to not offering the menu item, to their in store menu price and then finding out those menus are out dated. New pricing is much higher than what was advertised. Employee did end up honoring the price on the in store menu after discussion. Not sure I ended up with the correct sub though. Not a great first experience in store. Their food is great though.
