Farina Polanco - Miguel Hidalgo

It was a dinner with some friends, as usual, we started with some drinks, when we asked for the menu we were told there was no pasta, It is an Italian restaurant with no pasta! Why they didn’t tell us before we ordered the drinks. Service was slow, food terrible, I ordered a rissotto, it was too oily, my friends ordered pizza, they were overcooked, burnt.

Family of four visit—we dined at Farina yesterday afternoon (2-23-2020) and we all enjoyed our orders. We had a meatball appetizer, 3 soups, four different pasta dishes and 1 desert. We had no complaints, the bill was about $115 USD, and the waiter was very nice. It seems they were a bit understaffed so it took a while to get our meals but we just had a nice tome together with NO telephones. We did like that they had numerous, specialty, non-alcoholic drinks with flavors you normally would not see in other places. The portions were very good and we all left very satisfied. Not a five-star spot but we will definitely return. The few one star reviews I’ve read all seem a little extreme to me because I find it hard to believe that this restaurant did everything wrong, even if they did make a couple errors to the complainers.

Esta sucursal es mi favorita. Es un lugar muy agradable para disfrutar de una comida deliciosa. Las pizzas son increíbles, especialmente la diabola, que es mi favorita. El personal brinda una excelente atención. Lo mejor es comer en la vajilla que diseñé para ellos, ¡me encanta!

Hermoso lugar para una cita o una comida familiar. Es encantador estar junto a la chimenea, frente a la cocina abierta y observar el horno donde se cocina tu pizza.

La comida estuvo deliciosa, el servicio fue excelente!!! Una opción perfecta para celebrar cumpleaños.
