Super duper nice to see a team of employees working together and led by a true customer focused manager(James)??.. cudos, because it's unfortunate but the customer service in food service is slipping majorly.. but not here... thanks for just being awesome team!!! ?

I've been to a lot of jersey mikes and had a few bad experiences with my food constantly being messed up.. but I decided to give this one a shot. And I'm so glad I did. By far the best steak and cheese I've had.. I may have had to wait an extra min or 2 but it was so worth it..

The wait time for appetizer orders was ridiculous. I placed my order at 1:01pm for pickup at 1:16, but ended up waiting in the restaurant until 1:45 for them to even start preparing my sandwich. Despite asking them three times about my order, the service was extremely slow. This will be my first and last visit here. I expect a full refund for the unacceptable wait time. I almost had to leave without my order.
