Pizza Hut - Milpitas

My food had hair on it. The lady making the food had on no gloves or hair net. I told the cashier the preparer needed to have on gloves and a hair net. Of course, I received food with hair on it. I called the store 5xs, and they hung up on me. I had to use my daughter phone to get someone else on the phone a week later to report the issue. I was offered a free pizza. I want my money, not another hairy pizza. The cashier says I didn't get the pizza from their location, and I paid in cash. I used my credit card, and I have a receipt. I'm active duty military stationed here in CA. I will never eat at this location ever again. I will post this on every platform. No one should receive food with hair in it. I pulled the hair off after I had bit into a slice. Pissed?

They use door dash and when i recieved my food one half was just crust with sauce and there was more toppings under the food than on top of

Very pleasant and friendly staff ? friendly and prompt. Atomosphere lacking cause it's a walk in no seats pick up order system, so no hate. Been along time since hi school nights at Da HUT but was good Def recommend it's a life

This store opens at 9:30am.I arrive at 9:40am to pick up my order. The door was locked. I waited like five minutes for an employee to finally notice me and let me in and get my order

Ordered pizza from Pizza Hut after a long time and the service was on time and as ordered. Tried vegetarian and chicken barbeque pizza and both were excellent. Was surprised to see that nowadays they charge for chili flakes but that's not a big deal. We enjoyed pizza at the new Year party.
