Arby's - Minneapolis

I don't know that Covid has changed a lot of s and I know that this place has crazy hours or it looks like it's closed, I don't know if they turn on their light for the shield of the Arby more, but as I said their hours are really funny, they are not the same and that's too bad, but if you get the coupon that they send in the mail for the shake, I'll tell you. They are super thick and they are delicious, they have the best fast food shakes. And the staff here is always friendly, I must say

The staff at this restaurant was professional, friendly, and attentive to me as a customer. The food was well-prepared and presented nicely, not sloppily thrown together. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms - an important factor for me when dining at a fast food establishment. The staff took great care to ensure my order was correct, earning this Arby's location five stars from me. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to try items from Arby's menu. I would choose to visit this specific Arby's location over others in the Twin Cities, as long as they continue to maintain the same level of attention to detail and care for their restaurant and customers at all times of the day.

This year, we stopped at this drive-thru restaurant before heading to the airport. The service is always quick and precise, and the staff are very friendly.

Today was my first time using the drive-thru at this restaurant. The staff working at the window was extremely friendly. It can be tough dealing with people all day, so I appreciate the effort to always be kind. A special shoutout to the woman working the window – you are a bright spot in a sometimes gloomy world.

For starters, the sign says dine is open Ten-2 right below drive-thru until 11 which can be misleading. Maybe not to everyone but when I saw it I thought the inside was open so parked, got out of my car, tried the door and it was locked. Maybe try putting actual times on the board. Small thing but come on.....make things clear. I work 5 minutes from this location and left myself a 1/2 an hour to get my meal and make it to work on time. Because of the misunderstanding of the sign, how long the drive-through took, and something was forgotten in my order (so I had to get out of my car once again and walk back to the drive-through window to get it) I ended up being 5 minutes late for work. I understand drive-through is busy when that 's the only option but it still should not take almost 30 minutes to get a single order. It isn 't like I ordered 4 meals or something. At least the guy was nice about it and apologized. Maybe I 'm nit picking but this is just the latest of several bad experiences at this location recently. Come to think of it, fast food in general has gone way downhill everywhere lately.
