Nokomis Beach Coffee - Minneapolis

I always question why I don't visit this restaurant more often whenever I come in. They have great coffee and other drinks, friendly staff, delicious food, lovely baked goods, and it's conveniently located in my neighborhood. I also love their roasted whole bean coffee that you can take home. Additionally, they sell fresh Christmas trees and the building itself is beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

This restaurant is a fantastic place to grab some coffee and a snack. The atmosphere is welcoming and unassuming, similar to many trendy "craft coffee" spots. The staff is friendly and the coffee is top-notch.

The woman at the counter was very pleasant, although she seemed a bit nervous as she quickly thanked me and moved on to the next customer, only to realize I hadn't paid yet. It was a lighthearted moment that made me smile. The coffee maker, on the other hand, seemed impatient and wanted me to hurry up and place my order, despite being just a few feet away from us and engrossed in his phone. He wasn't rude, but he also wasn't particularly friendly. The coffee I ordered was delicious, but unfortunately, the waffle I tried was not to my liking. Overall, it was an interesting experience with a mix of nostalgia and quirky charm.

We frequent this place and love it. If you’re looking for a casual lunch or a great Italian soda you need to go here. The servers are so quick to recognize you after the first time and are so sweet. We also recommend stopping by the store attached for some unique finds.
