Toppers Pizza - Minneapolis

Me. order it from a delivery app; pays almost 30 for a medium pizza with all due tied (not necessarily toppers error). pizza is pretty good. I think it's expensive for what they get, but it's not a terrible option if they stay in the city inside in a hotel. it is easy on the sauce to order an additional page if they prefer a saucier pie.

The hot food was in order, but the ice had a broken seal. I called, and the staff took up again and again. the second they had sent had a drop of ice and shattered around the outside of the container.

So frustratingly, I leave notes that are very specific so that in a naked minimum driver can get into my building. I consistently get riders who leave my eating everywhere (also outside). it is very frustrating. I'm done with toppers.

The pizza itself is usually very tasty. vegan options are great. the customer service is lacking in any view. Please, do not have a customer standing there for 30 minutes if they know they need to replace the order as their ticket machine is traveling. I shouldn't have waited if I knew I had product. tonight was a literal waste of time.

Ordered food for delivery at 5:50pm and received it around 7:15pm. Pizza and cheese curds were cold and the cheese curds were clumped together. Extremely disappointed as this was our first time trying Toppers.
