Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe staff seemed to be unfamiliar with the concept of "vegan." They only offered rolls as a vegan option. Although the food tasted good and looked appetizing, I was disappointed that there weren't more vegan choices available.
One issue I have is with their Vegas roll, which is labeled as vegan but contains unagi sauce with hondashi (tuna chips). I recommend avoiding this dish. Despite this, I like the restaurant overall and recommend it. I hope they will add vegan hot rolls to the menu in the future. Additionally, the tofu in the curry is too soft, and I believe it would be better served with basmati rice instead of sticky rice. If you plan to dine at this restaurant on any day other than Monday or Tuesday, make sure to call and book in advance as it can get crowded. The plate decorations are well done, but I would prefer more flavorful sauces rather than just decorative splashes. Thanks to a review, the restaurant has now made the Vegas roll fully vegan, which is a positive update.
The vegan rolls in Minsk are incredibly tasty. The service is professional, and the ingredients used are of high quality, albeit on the expensive side. I highly recommend trying them!
Stuff did not know what “vegan” means. They say they can only offer roles. It tasted good and looked good, but I thought it was better.
Friday, 26. April 2019 3:06 It is a good place to go with non-vegan friends. I'll go there for lunch at least twice a month. If you sit next to the window, the music is too loud (in my opinion this music is not suitable for this restaurant). Waiters understand English, they also have English menu. I don't like it if waiters don't write up my order, because usually something will be forgotten, that never happened here. My standard lunch menu: edamame, tomato soup, veg rice paper rolls, avocado rolls, seaweed rolls two portions peanut sauce, tap water with lemon. You can always ask for tap water here. My biggest concern is that it is a dish that is labeled vegan, but it is not even vegetarian: Vegas Roll. In the ingredient list it has unagi sauce that has Hondashi (Tuna chips). AVOID VEGAS ROLL I like this place and recommend it, but there is a false labelling of a plate that frustrates me, and the worst part is that the market of this role as vegan on Instagram. Another big shutdown is they don't have HOT reels. I wish they add vegan hot rolls to the menu. Other vegan dishes such as curry (served with sticky rice, which in my humble opinion does not fit the dish). Curry should be served with Basmati rice. Also the tofu in curry is too soft. Even if you want to eat here on a day other than Monday or Tuesday, they will have no place to sit, so call and book in advance. Also about plate decorations, they do a good work, but the color on the plate has no taste, would rather have a sauce, not a tasteless splash. Update: Thanks to this review they have changed Vegas Roll and made it completely vegan.
