Mcdonald's - Mishawaka

I used the drive-thru and my experience was great. The service was quick, and they got my order correct. No complaints here!

The service at this restaurant has become quite unprofessional. After a long drive to get there, I was disappointed to find the staff inside seemed more focused on goofing off rather than doing their jobs. I don't understand why I'm concerned at all— the food isn't as good as it used to be, even just a few months ago. The employees, if you can call them that, clearly aren't motivated to work and can be quite rude.

I realize they were a bit slow, just like the others, but my fries were lukewarm, and they forgot the sauce for my nuggets. I was too tired to go back once I started eating on my way home from work. However, all the staff I encountered were really nice.

Is this personal completely unknown with the customer service? raised at the drive thru and the first cake that the employee said was “order when they are ready”. no welcome, no welcome at mcdonald. they thanked us, almost like thinking after we paid. the woman who gave us our food has never recognized us to take with a coworker. she gave us our food and never told us a word. I understand that this was not the biggest problem, as the order was correct and the service was fast. but I think it is important to observe the basics.

Surprisingly very good food, hot and fresh!! Usually not like this. Hopefully they have turned around. Oh, and the drive thru guy was great. It's refreshing to see someone enjoying their work.
