MK Sushi -  Mission,

Had the teriyaki chicken lunch box...very very good. Very fresh Ingredients. Have read that this place is good from other people...glad we tried it

Tried this place for the first time. It's pretty small, only 4 tables, and nothing fancy, but seems to do a fairly good take out business. I am generally suspicious of sushi places that offer other food, in this case Korean, but overall, it was not bad. I ordered the sushi dinner, which did not come with the standard tempura, which I didn't mind because I don't like deep fried food, they included ebi sunomono instead. The sushi and sashimi pieces were on the small side. The miso soup was very good, as was the appetizer edamame. It also came with 3 spring rolls, which I found a little odd. They were pretty greasy.Overall, it was just okay.

We have visited MK Sushi twice in the last few months. It is by far the best tasting sushi in Mission and the service is outstanding. They serve Japanese food with some Korean dishes. Today we had Deep Fried Dynamite roll, Spicy Chicken Ramen soup, Bulgogi Bibimbop and the Chicken lunch special. The food arrived quickly at our table and the taste was outstanding. The price is mid-range, but the service is exceptional. Family-run business. Please see our photos for reference.

Honestly, I was surprised by this little strip mall sushi joint.

You can tell by the quality of food and their presentation that the chef and owner take pride in their product and service.
