They use cheap, gross syrup instead of the actual ingredients. My Vietnamese coffee didn't seem to contain coffee but instead a series of syrups that had clearly separated once I got it. There also wasn't any ice added so it wasn't cold either. Really lame.Food: 2/5

Delicious milk tea with well cooked boba! Friendly service and plenty of parking. Excellent spot to grab a drink for browsing the antique shop a few doors down.Food: 5/5
