Basil Box - Mississauga

The rice was a little too oily but the portion size was generous..Noodles were saucy and tasty.

I always liked Basil Box since its opened at the DT core. This location is quite handy with many different restaurants around, but Basil Box definitely brings fast food with heaps of flavour. The lemongrass is used well to balance out many different vietnamese flavours. Their ngoc cham sauce is quite fragrant and stays true, maybe more to the sweeter side though. That being said, the sweet and sour sauce pairs nicely. A little on the saucy side in general but the protein is cooked well, particularly the chicken. The beef is tender with good charcoal flavour. The tofu is well coated and not overly soggy or dry. Rice is well cooked. Overall I would always be keen on getting something from basil box for lunch. Good service at this location.

Absolutely amazing experience with Jacky! I love basil box and the service from Jacky was amazing! Even though the mall was quiet at 9:30 pm Jacky gave me such a great experience and amazing service! He was so friendly and gave me great suggestions! Really amazing service and tasty food

Worst Tom yum shrimp noodle soup of my life. Just took a bite and immediately threw it all. Very weird smell. It taste sweets. They put pumpkin seed and fried onion or whatever it is. Ithis is my first time and will definitely not return.
