Avaliação da contribuiçãoThey do not serve you fresh chicken (meat). all they do is they make fresh gravy and mix chicken that is not fresh.I ordered chilli chicken combo and the chicken i got was not at all frsh you can tell if you eat meat. They do not follow the standards for food.Do not go here or if you want to go, do it and you will know they do not serve you fresh meat. Eww!Another reason for the business to go down.
I’ve never gotten food from here before, but they’re one of the few places around which have both vegetarian and gluten free dishes, so I thought I’d give them a try. They’re on Uber Eats as Zen Kitchen.I was going to get Buddha’s Delight, a mixed vegetable and tofu stir fry. On their menu, Buddha’s Delight is $16.50, and Gluten Free Buddha’s Delight is $17.50. No big deal, except the regular dish had a promo for buy one get one free, and the gluten free variation didn’t. I assumed it was just an oversight, to only put one on that promo and not the other, given they’re practically the same dish, so I ordered the regular version and added a note to please use the gluten free sauce instead of the regular sauce. They confirmed my order and I started driving. Half way there they called me on the highway to tell me they can’t use the gluten free sauce because I have to order the gluten free version if I want that. I explained doing so would mean it would be 200% the price, plus $2, but the girl on the phone insisted it’s more expensive because the gluten free ingredient is expensive for them. I pointed out it’s normally only a dollar more for the gluten free version, and asked if they could just upcharge me the usual dollar difference, but still she insisted it couldn’t be done. I asked her exactly what the differences were, and she confirmed that they are the exact same in every way, except the gluten free version just uses gluten free soy sauce, because other than the sauce they’re both the exact same innately gluten free meals. I asked her to explain why I would have to spend $35 instead of $16.50 just for different sauce, effectively spending more on just the sauce than the entire meal itself, and she just said sorry there’s nothing she can do because the promo is through Uber, they can’t control it, and they have to give me exactly what I order. Again, these are the same dishes in every way except the soy sauce they happen to add a bit of. I then mentioned it was silly that I could just order the regular version without soy sauce, which would then make it gluten free, but apparently that wasn’t an option either.I told her to cancel the order and I turned around. With how few decent gluten free and vegetarian options there are, assuming I enjoyed the meal as much as I was expecting to, they very likely just lost themselves a minimum of hundreds of dollars from me in the long term, all because they tried to extort $18.50 of extra profit out of me over a little soy sauce, to accommodate a food sensitivity in an order which only costs $16.50 to begin with. We got dinner somewhere else.As a matter a principle, I won’t be trying again. I can’t trust the health and safety of a kitchen run by people this blatantly greedy; I don’t want to find out which other tactics they use to boost profits.
This is my first time ordering from Ming room and it was a very disappointing experience. We ordered chilli fish, chicken fried rice and general tsao chicken. The chicken was too dry, chewy like rubber because of too much batter. It was too sweet. Chilli fish was bland. Rice were not cooked properly and vegetables were raw. The food was cooked by some amateur. The quantities were less than what other chinese restaurants give. I wish i could give less than 1 star to this place. Such a waste of money and food. Will never order from here again.

Visited this place on suggestion from a friend. Although quantity is more for the given price, taste is average. I ordered sesame chicken with fried rice. Fried rice was rubbery and didn’t like it.Only good thing is they give fortune cookies at end of service.
