Tim Hortons - Mistissini

Had quick service for coffees while I have been there for a week. Seems like they are out of food items often but for a small community, I was just happy to have a good cup of coffee. Friendly service with a smile hidden under a mask. : food prep area seemed sub-par clean unfortunately but still 4 star since quick service and friendly staff.

Great place for take out...no dine in. The service is great but I overheard the staff arguing. Cleanliness is very low, the staff and management do not really care for a clean environment. I still dine in but have to wipe my table and sometimes my chair. There is no other coffee place in the community. This Tim Hortons is not up to par from other Tim Hortons. I still give it a 4 star for fast mobile Tim Hortons app service. If they had a competitor they would probably care for the cleanliness of their dine in area. So that's my review. The bathroom cleanliness is low. The toilet paper is of low quality, it's not a roll it's like a Kleenex dispenser, maybe 1 ply or not even a ply cause you have to use a lot to wipe.

Have always waited around 45mins to an hour for simple orders. Food is decent, but too small and not enough trained staff for workloaf.
