Shining Country Station - Moffat

Trevor does a fantastic job. The menu and meals are simple, but he makes them the best they can be. Mostly meat, but veggies happily accommodated.

Great burgers, they have yak meat burgers which are an interesting change to beef or bison. The beef burger was tastier than the yak over all. They have a chorizo burger on the menu that I will try next time. The Mac and cheese was very good. It is connected to a retail dispensary which is a winning combination as well. Quick and friendly service.

In my opinion, Don't eat here. They refuse to pay employees, the place is filthy in my opinion, and the food is very poor quality. There is nothing keeping this place open besides the weed they sell to customers next door.

Re-opening under new management. Stop by and try one of our Yak or Buffalo burger or our Hickory Smoked BBQ.
