The Workz Mojave

I couldn’t really enjoy my meal because the cook used his bare hands to prepare my salad. Put his bare hand in the salad box and then bare hands to sprinkle cheese on it. I really felt like using tongs would have been better at least. I was really hungry so I ate it. ’ll report back if I get sick. If I don’t get sick, I’ll upgrade this to 3 stars. The salad was fine.I had never been here before but I would probably order hot foods that won’t be touched by bare hands: breakfast items like omelettes or pancakes that are on the griddle and then plated directly with the spatula.

Wonderful and cheerful staff. Excellent food and the portions are enormous. Totally worth the roadtrip to Mojave. 10/5 stars :
