It was unfortunate to go to today because the shop smelled and felt sad. When I came today, the smell was not bad and I felt clean. It was nice for me to visit again. It was delicious.ラーメンmina シーcy ramen is hot from start to finish. Premium Salt is not hot. Is there a difference in fat content? Go again.

Special Salt Tonkotsu Ramen 910 yen Taste is the same as other stores. Presorto has a stable taste that is difficult to differentiate between Yamaoka family stores. There is a parking lot behind the shop.

Although I enjoy the odd ramen from here. Their response to Covid is pretty poor and over a year into the pandemic they've gone and made things even less safe by decreasing the distance at which you sit next to other customers. They then refused to let me sit at a totally empty table away from other people. Very poor.

山岡家。関東は味にインパクトが有るが、遠軽店は味にパンチが無い、何かが足りない感じ、

札幌でもいつも山岡家だったので、その流れで遠軽でも来ています。夜遅く開いているラーメン屋はここしか無いのでしかたがないかなぁ～と言う感覚です。 豚骨スープなのであっさり系が好みの方にはおすすめできないかなぁ～ ただ、味の濃さ、麺のかたさ、油の量などは、自分好みに出来るので店員さんに伝えましょう。
