Pappy's Bq - Monahans

It's been a while since I was eating here, but still good food. The only reason I didn't set 5 stars was because the bride was a bit cold. No big deal. I always get the 4 meat plate, as shown on the picture. It's a little over $20. Work is slow, so don't stop as much as I used it. You have to try it yourself. You'll like that too.

The food is soooo good! I've never been unsatisfied. And the staff is so friendly and efficient. I'm just sad they won't be opened for dinner, but I fixed it. When I get there with lunch, I order enough for dinner. It's just as good at home. If you come to Monahans!

You know that it will be good when the parking lot is full. I had the sausage and brisket, which was great. The brisket was super delicate and not dry at all. The sausage had great taste and spice. I recommend Pappy's BBQ!

Food is good but I feel like they skimp on the chop brisket on the sandwich.

Brisket is very well smoked, sausage very tasty. The ribs are wonderful smokey flavor. Get there fast, they are so good, food gets bought out fast
