Red Lobster Monroe Dixie Highway

Overall experience at this particular location was mediocre. Arrived at reserved time to be told it would be about a 15 min wait, same time as all others who came in. Hostess did step in to help and got us seated about 5-7 mins earlier than the 15, so that was nice. Our server was polite, however, everything took so long to get, and I'm not sure why. They weren't the least bit busy.

Food was good, service was fast, but the host never asked if we had a reservation and just sat us, and then proceeded to mark us as a “no show”.

Waitress was attentive. Brought refills and extra biscuits. Fish tacos, steak, soup salad, and combo meal were all said to be good. Restaurant looks a bit dated.

Great eating to a great value with excellent service! can't ask for more.
