Several mistakes made by the server that make it a restaurant unworthy of a 4 star hotel. Does not offer an aperitif and is surprised when we ask for one. Don't bring us water or bread with the meal, we have to call someone else to get them. Offers entree main course dessert for 28euros. Three possible choices each time. Quality of the correct meal.
For a restaurant that says gastronomic in a 4 star hotel all this is NAVRANT, DECEVANT. We're trying to make you think you're in a renowned establishment, actually it's the equivalent of FLUNCH. Everything must be vacuumed and released at the last moment. Example of entry to 25 euros the menu...riz with mussels. Just warm rice and mussels out of the freezer. The whole lost at the bottom of a plate, but especially without flavor. SCANDALEUX.
Look for the stars... correct meals but nothing gastro. An in-room service that can't coordinate and a decaffeinated bar. That’s nice but no more. Too bad!
A big disappointment while the restaurant hotel site promised a gourmet meal!!! No originality or research in the dishes. No flavour, fade and quantity is limited (one lost endive in the middle of the resistance plate). Oh, I was forgetting the two spoons of bead mushrooms... In the end a much too salty note considering quality and quantity. We are presented with a gastronomic to attract us and we are served with cafeteria dishes. I don't recommend this restaurant.
